Affiliate Partner Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
To participate in the UK Scrum Academy Affiliate Program, you must be:

A UK taxpayer and responsible for paying taxes on any commissions earned through the programme,
-
A permanent resident of the United Kingdom, with a valid UK address; and,
-
Able to provide recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement upon request.

Application Process
Prospective affiliates must complete the affiliate sign-up form. The accuracy and completeness of the information provided are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by the UK Scrum Academy. Approval decisions are made at the sole discretion of the UK Scrum Academy and may be based on factors such as the applicant's suitability, promotional channels and compliance with these terms and conditions.
Promotional Activities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting UK Scrum Academy courses in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner. Affiliates must adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Commission Payments
Affiliates will receive commissions for eligible sales referred through their unique affiliate links. Commissions are paid regularly, subject to meeting the minimum payment threshold and compliance with these terms and conditions.
Tax Obligations
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable on commissions earned through the affiliate program. The UK Scrum Academy does not provide tax advice and recommends that affiliates consult with a qualified tax professional regarding their tax obligations.

Termination
UK Scrum Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activities, or misuse of affiliate links.
Changes to Terms
UK Scrum Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By applying to join the UK Scrum Academy Affiliate Program, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
